As the cheeky yet fiercely courageous Alek Petrov, the talented Benjamin Stone has captured viewers’ attention from the very first episode of The Nine Lives of Chloe King. We were lucky enough to get a chance to talk with the charismatic actor about his Mai character and on possibly being cast as Finnick Odair in The Hunger Games sequel, Catching Fire.

I just started watching the show last night and have completed it. I was totally hooked and not to mention I am pretty much in love with Alek. I love his tough attitude and narcissism, but really he is sensitive and sweet. I was heartbroken to find the show cancelled, I just wish they could bring it back. I’M DYING TO SEE MORE!!!!!
Well I just finished both the first season and the book and must admit I was totally disappointed by the book. I hated Alyec (Book spelling) ending up with Amy and didn’t like the Chloé/Brian couple neither. I thought the series had much more potential. The plot itself was much more thrilling. Regarding the couple I hope they would have done the opposite of the book if there had been a season 2, as it was way too predictible and as I find Brian’s character in the series too passive. Alek would be a better choice for the audiences. And both actors have very good on screen chemistry.
I was totally team brian until alek kissed chloe and let me just say… Chloe, i am jealous!

I am definately Team Alek!! Mostly because he’s just so sweet to Chloe and doing his best for being there for her. He loves her so much and it broke his heart hearing what she said to her mom saying that she thinks shes in love with Brian. Hes the best choice especially since she can actually not kill him by making out with him or even as small as a kiss. Also im heartbroken that they cancelled the show they need to putt it back on emmidately!!! Anyways vote Team Alek hes so HOT!!! Love you so much Alek! Your #1 Fan!!!
