Now that you’ve watched the exciting premiere of The Nine Lives of Chloe King, we’d like to revisit a crucial matter–Chloe King’s “Alek versus Brian” conundrum.
Let’s review Chloe’s romantic prospects:
Alek (played by Benjamin Stone): Just like Chloe, he’s also a Mai descendant and falls for her once he realizes who she really is. Although certainly dashing, he comes off as an arrogant tease tease. (Sniff out any lady necks lately, Alek?) However, do note that Alek is more than just a flirt because he genuinely seems concerned for Chloe’s well-being and is keen on mentoring her on her Mai heritage and abilities. Moreover, when the series premiere ended, we see him hiding behind a tree watching over Chloe (and there’s nothing more appealing than a bad-boy with a protective heart).
Brian (played by Grey Damon): He’s the adorable human who wins Chloe over with his kitty hat sass and unpretentious charm. (His good looks don’t hurt either.) Chloe develops a crush on him almost immediately and the two go on a coffee date, where they engage in meaningful conversation. (Best first date ever?) However, Chloe’s relationship with Brian may prove complicated in the long-run. Not only is Brian the son of Whitley Rezza (the Rezza company oligarch who wants Chloe dead for good) but he’s also human which means one kiss from Chloe equals death.

TEAM ALEK!!! alec and chloe have serious chemistry. Brian is just a regular human with a stuppid hat. Alek is sweet and charming and protective and sweet and I could keep going but tht would take all day. In the end I hope Chloe ends up with Alek. If she doesnt want him ill take him!!!!!!!!!!!
i love aleks accent but i live brian way more! alek is so arrogant and egotistical! brian is sweet, handsome, innocent, and loves her even though he doesnt know she has powers! alek knew her before and never loved her until he found out she was mai! anyways BRIAN IS AMAZING!!! please please please dont cancel the show! and bring brian back to life!

No offence to the Brian guy but he looks so silly in his picture! Definately Alek! He is just better in every way, although in the 1st episode I wasn’t such a big fan as I am now ! There really is no competition. Chloe and Alek are made for each other and won’t manage to kill each other kissing and Brian is just a pain and causes un-needed drama for Chloe. Why does she still stay friends with this guy?!?!?!? Please don’t cancel the show because everyone wants it to go on! It’s a bit like twilight because everyone either likes Jacob or Edward, kinda weird! Anyways please don’t cancel Chloe King!

I’m a Chloe and I’m British, and I have to choose Alek! You must be completely mental in the head not to! He’s perfect for her and won’t die if she kisses him! Obvious choice if you ask me. As for Brian, he’s sweet and all but I hate all the drama he’s causing. I think truthfully, he’s just getting in the way of Chloe and Alek

Hello, First of all I want to say this show is really interesting, I didn’t really find it appealing until I started to watch season 1. The characters are amazing and Chloe is so beautiful, and I am so in love with her and Brian! I mean come on’ alek is hot and stuff but Brian is so sweet. After watching Some of the episode I just don’t know about alek and Chloe? I mean he’s sweet, caring, and clearly likes Chloe….but OMG! Brian is way sweeter, patient, understanding. Just look how he melts Chloe away with his charming looks, he’s very adorable and that’s why I think Chloe’s in love with him. Yeah, sure she can’t date a human because of the ” Mai rules ” I hope chloe and Brian could break the curse. Chloe should be with Brian, I think they make a incredible couple honestly. Sorry, even if I didn’t seen most of the episodes, but Chloe and Brian are so brilliant together. I want to read the books, but the show was great! Hope for season 2!
